South Operational Command explains why Russia has not launched Shahed drones at Ukraine

Natalia Humeniuk, a spokeswoman for the South Command, shared the information with Channel 24.

According to her, a storm of 5 to 6 points is being recorded in the Black Sea, and such weather conditions are very critical for navigation.

"One of the support vessels remained on combat duty to monitor the surface situation. It has also headed towards the basing point. Most likely, it will also take shelter in the bays due to the severe stormy weather," said Humeniuk.

"Also, due to such weather, the enemy is unlikely to use “kamikaze” drones, as the wind is very strong," she added.
