She did it on Espresso.TV.

"The first evacuations from Bucha were supposed to take place on March 9, but the invaders did not allow the first evacuation buses to enter the city. Many people gathered there. So the evacuation was possible only by their cars. There were people from remote, dangerous areas: Lisova Bucha, Bucha Kvartal, Nova Bucha residential - and people from all over came to the central part of the city. Therefore, the city authorities provided places in bomb shelters and basements for those who could not return home," said Ukraintseva.

The deputy added that on March 10 there was finally a mass evacuation from Bucha by buses and cars.

"Bucha has actually been temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation, the Russian military, and the Kadyrov forces since March 5. And today is the 10th day of the occupation. On March 5, the invaders behaved very cruelly: shot at civilian cars, forced people to sit in basements without giving the opportunity to just go out and find food. It was hell. And hell continued when the electricity and cell communication in Bucha disappeared on March 6. Today, Bucha is under blockade," said Kateryna Ukraintseva.

The deputy stressed that the whole of Bucha is blocked, temporarily occupied by Russians, and residents of remote areas do not even know about the evacuation, people are afraid to move through the city streets.

We will remind that in temporarily occupied by Russians Gostomel of the Kyiv region invaders take away mobile phones from locals and break them, motivating it that the signal is allegedly used for directing fire.

In Kharkiv, the Russian invaders began shelling an area of the city right during the evacuation of civilians.
