Shells fell on children’s playground: two people died as a result of shelling by occupiers on Kharkiv

This was reported by  press service of Prosecutor General's Office in Telegram.

According to  investigation, on April 18, 2022, t occupiers fired on Osnovyansky district of Kharkiv.

"Shells fell on children’s playground near residential buildings. A man and a woman died as a result of the shelling. Some of residential buildings were also damaged," statement said.

Proceedings have been opened on  fact of violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with premeditated murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of  Criminal Code of Ukraine).
