Several hundred military medics are in Russian captivity
Andriy Kryvtsov, coordinator for some families of military medics in captivity, noted that most prisoners are transferred from one place to another, so they can be held both in occupied territories and in Russia
He told about this on Espreso TV.
"In general, we can say that today there are several hundred military medics in captivity who worked in different areas of combat operations. Our group is dealing with military medics who were captured in Mariupol at the two largest locations, the Azovstal plant and the Ilyich plant," said the coordinator for the families of military medics in captivity.
Andriy Kryvtsov added that more than a hundred families are searching for their relatives, some of whom have already been released from captivity.
"Currently, 37 military medics from our group are still in captivity. Most of them are held in the newly occupied territories and in the Russian Federation, but most of them are transferred from one place to another. For example, if we talk about the women who were captured at the Ilyich plant, first they were taken to Olenivka, then they were transported to Russia. Those who were released in October were in three Russian prisons, namely in Kursk, Belgorod and Taganrog," said Kryvtsov.
