Ukraine returns 64 defenders from Russian captivity
Ukraine has returned from Russian captivity 64 soldiers of the Ukrainian Armed Forces who fought in the Donetsk and Luhansk directions.

This was announced by the head of the Ukrainian President's Office, Andriy Yermak.
Ukraine managed to return 64 defenders with the Armed Forces who resisted Russian aggression in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions. Among them are the defenders of Bakhmut: officers, sergeants and privates.
Murekezi Suedi, a US citizen who fought on Ukraine's side, was also freed from captivity.
The bodies of 4 dead soldiers were also returned.
"I thank the Coordination Staff for the treatment of Prisoners of War. I am grateful to the entire team, but there is still a lot of work ahead. We are working," Andriy Yermak emphasized.
