This was reported by the German Aid to Ukraine channel.
This is the second Patriot battery, which Federal Chancellor Olaf Scholz promised to transfer to Ukraine in October.
The Patriot system consists of a fire control station, a radar station, 8 launchers and about 60 missiles.
- In April, Germany supplied the first Patriot system with missiles and special vehicles to Ukraine.
- On December 1, the training of the second group of Ukrainian military personnel to operate the Patriot air defense system was completed at a Luftwaffe air force base in Germany. An additional Patriot battery was expected to be deployed in Ukraine in the winter.
