At approximately 4:34 a.m., Serhiy Borzov, the head of the regional military administration, informed about the explosions in the Vinnytsia region, where defense forces targeted aerial objects.
At 5:00 a.m., Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko announced multiple explosions in the Darnytskyi and Dniprovskyi districts.
"There was a fire in a garage cooperative in the Darnytskyi district due to falling debris. Debris also fell in several locations within the same district. An explosion was previously reported in the Desnyanskyi district," he stated.
Later, Klitschko provided an update, mentioning that the fire resulting from falling debris in the Darnytskyi district had been extinguished. Debris fell in multiple areas within the same district.
At 7:24 a.m., Serhii Bratchuk of the Odesa regional military administration announced the shelling of Odesa.
"During the night, there was a missile attack in the Odesa region. The majority of enemy missiles were intercepted and destroyed over the sea by the Air Defense Forces. Unfortunately, an industrial facility was hit, resulting in one fatality and two injuries," Bratchuk stated.
The Khmelnytskyi regional military administration reported that an infrastructure object had been targeted.
"This morning, during the air alert, the enemy attacked the Khmelnytskyi region, resulting in a series of explosions. Air defense forces were engaged. Regrettably, an infrastructure facility in the Khmelnytskyi district was hit, but no casualties were reported," the message stated.
Around 6:00 a.m., the air alert was lifted throughout Ukraine. In certain regions, the alert lasted from 2:48 a.m., 3:12 a.m., and from 3:48 a.m., the alarm was announced in the western regions.
