Russia’s fakes for Aug. 15: Russia uses no cluster munitions, West provokes nuclear clash

Fake: Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said that "Russia does not use cluster munitions for humanitarian reasons, but may reconsider this decision".

Disinformation: Russian President Vladimir Putin stated: "The West is trying to further inflame the conflict in Ukraine and draw other states into it."

Manipulation: Russian Foreign Minister S. Lavrov said that "by pumping Ukraine with weapons, the West is increasing the threat of a clash between nuclear powers."

Russian propagandists publish a new fake claiming that a leptospirosis epidemic is spreading among the military of the Lviv territorial defense.
