Kelin made the comments in an interview with the BBC.
He suggested that weapons deliveries risk an unprecedented level of escalation.
"Russia is 16 times larger than Ukraine. We have huge resources. The duration of the "conflict" depends on the efforts to escalate the war made by NATO countries, and especially the UK. Of course, sooner or later, this escalation may enter a new dimension, which we don't need and we don't want. We can make peace tomorrow," said Kelin.
Regarding the UN report on the Russian forces' crimes in Ukraine, including torture, rape, and the deportation of children, Kevin responded with counter claims about Ukrainian forces and declined to address questions on the recent attack on a healthcare center in Dnipro. Instead, he pointed out that shootings have been ongoing daily in Luhansk and Donetsk for the past nine years.
