Russians plan to set up commission to check two power lines for electricity transit from ZNPP to Russia - General Staff

The Ukrainian Armed Forces' General Staff reported this. 

“Russia continues to loot. According to available information, in Enerhodar, from February 2, the enemy plans to create a commission at the nuclear power plant to check two power lines of 750 KW in order to plan restoration work and supply power for the transit of electricity from the Zaporizhzhia NPP to Russia,” the report says. 

In Khrustalnyi, Luhansk region, invading Russian forces have deployed a 'field hospital' and are treating servicemen and the Wagner Group mercenaries there

The enemy continues to use civilian health care facilities in the temporarily occupied territory to treat its wounded soldiers.

“For example, in the town of Khrustalnyi, Luhansk region, in the premises of the town hospital, the invaders set up a 'field hospital' where Russian servicemen and the Wagner PMC mercenaries are being treated,” the report says. 

In particular, it is added that the occupying Russian forces are also being treated in Kairy, Kakhovka district, Kherson region, on the basis of the Kairy Psychoneurological Boarding School.

It is also noted that in the temporarily occupied resort village of Zaliznyi Port, Skadovsk district, Kherson region, the Russian 'administration' is carrying out a census and confiscation of businesses (boarding houses, cafes, restaurants) that have not been re-registered under Russian law from Ukrainian citizens.

Invading Russian forces launched 24 airstrikes and 7 missile strikes during the day

“Occupying Russian forces launched 24 airstrikes, 7 missile strikes, and over 30 attacks with multiple launch rocket systems,” the report says. 

As a result of Russian strikes on the civil infrastructure of Kindrashivka in the Kharkiv region, Chasiv Yar in the Donetsk region, the village of Komyshany and the city of Kherson, civilians were killed and wounded.

Near the state Ukrainian border with Russia and Belarus, 2 settlements in the Chernihiv region, 2 more in the Sumy region, as well as more than 15 villages and cities in the Kharkiv region were subjected to tank, artillery and mortar fire.

In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy launched mortar and artillery attacks on 6 settlements in the Kharkiv region and 3 more in the Luhansk region.

In the Lyman direction, 3 settlements of the Luhansk region came under enemy fire. 

In the Bakhmut direction, more than 20 settlements of the Donetsk region were damaged by fire.  

In the Avdiivka direction, 6 settlements of the Donetsk region came under enemy fire.

In the Vuhledar direction, the Russian forces shelled 3 settlements in the Donetsk region.

In the Zaporizhzhia direction, 20 cities and villages were subjected to enemy fire. 

In the Kherson direction, 10 settlements were hit by multiple rocket launchers, barrel artillery, and mortars.

Ukraine's Air Force shot down a Russian Su-25 aircraft and a Mi-8 helicopter

The Ukrainian Defense Forces' aviation launched 7 strikes on Russian military positions, as well as a strike on the positions of anti-aircraft missile systems. During the current day, the Ukrainian Armed Forces' Air Force shot down an invading Russian troops' Su-25 attack aircraft and a Mi-8 helicopter.

“At the same time, units of missile forces and artillery hit 2 areas of the Russian forces' manpower,” the report says.
