“Russia continues to loot. According to available information, in Enerhodar, from February 2, the enemy plans to create a commission at the nuclear power plant to check two power lines of 750 KW in order to plan restoration work and supply power for the transit of electricity from the Zaporizhzhia NPP to Russia,” the report says.

The enemy continues to use civilian health care facilities in the temporarily occupied territory to treat its wounded soldiers.

It is also noted that in the temporarily occupied resort village of Zaliznyi Port, Skadovsk district, Kherson region, the Russian 'administration' is carrying out a census and confiscation of businesses (boarding houses, cafes, restaurants) that have not been re-registered under Russian law from Ukrainian citizens.
Invading Russian forces launched 24 airstrikes and 7 missile strikes during the day
“Occupying Russian forces launched 24 airstrikes, 7 missile strikes, and over 30 attacks with multiple launch rocket systems,” the report says.
As a result of Russian strikes on the civil infrastructure of Kindrashivka in the Kharkiv region, Chasiv Yar in the Donetsk region, the village of Komyshany and the city of Kherson, civilians were killed and wounded.
Near the state Ukrainian border with Russia and Belarus, 2 settlements in the Chernihiv region, 2 more in the Sumy region, as well as more than 15 villages and cities in the Kharkiv region were subjected to tank, artillery and mortar fire.

In the Avdiivka direction, 6 settlements of the Donetsk region came under enemy fire.

In the Zaporizhzhia direction, 20 cities and villages were subjected to enemy fire.
In the Kherson direction, 10 settlements were hit by multiple rocket launchers, barrel artillery, and mortars.
