"The few but extremely strong, emotional and important words of Ukrainian border guards inspired both the Ukrainian people and the entire free world: everyone from gray-haired grandmothers to military and world leaders. In diplomacy we usually choose more moderate phrases, but in some exceptional cases such strong, effective words are needed. Together to Victory!" the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania Gabrielius Landsbergis said.
- Earlier, the dictionary of the modern Ukrainian language Myslovo recognized the phrase "Russian warship, go f**k yourself" as the word of 2022.
