Ukrainian Supreme Court judge killed by Russian attack in Kharkiv region

Ukraine’s Office of the Prosecutor General reported the information.
According to the investigation, on September 28, a Russian FPV drone hit a civilian car in Kozacha Lopan, killing the 61-year-old driver, a judge of the Supreme Court, on the spot. He was delivering humanitarian aid to local residents.
Additionally, three women were reported injured; preliminary information indicates that they were also in the vehicle.
Law enforcement officers have launched a pre-trial investigation into the violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with premeditated murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
Earlier, the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, informed about the attack.
“Around 1:00 p.m., the occupiers attacked Kozacha Lopan in the Kharkiv district. The drone hit a private car,” wrote Syniehubov.
According to him, one civilian man was killed. Three women were also injured and hospitalized.
