Russian troops attack Kherson region, injuring 8 people
On September 30, Russian forces launched a series of attacks on Ukraine’s Kherson and the surrounding region, injuring at least eight civilians
This information was reported by the Kherson Regional Military Administration and the head of the city military administration, Roman Mrochko.
Three local residents were injured in a Russian attack on Velyka Oleksandrivka. Two men, aged 45 and 62, and a 37-year-old woman sustained explosive injuries and multiple shrapnel wounds to their torsos and heads. All of them were taken to the hospital.
Around 9:00 a.m., Russian forces dropped explosives from a drone in the suburbs of Kherson, injuring two women, aged 53 and 72, who were diagnosed with explosive injuries and shrapnel wounds. Both were hospitalized.
Later in the afternoon, the village of Stanislav was attacked by a Russian UAV. A 44-year-old woman and a 46-year-old man suffered blast injuries and contusions. An ambulance crew provided on-site medical assistance.
Additionally, a 69-year-old resident of Veletenske, who was riding his bicycle when explosives were dropped nearby, also sought hospital care. He sustained an explosive injury and a shoulder wound but received the necessary medical treatment.
