Oleh Syniehubov, the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, stated this on July 31.
He reported that, in recent months, the Russian army has deliberately directed more than 500 FPV drones at civilians, including children, women, men, and the elderly.
Syniehubov emphasized, "This is a genuine act of genocide. The operators of FPV drones see their targets and make no distinction between men, women, children, or the elderly. We have numerous cases of this."
- On July 20, the Russian troops attacked a local shop in the village of Ivashky, Kharkiv region, with an FPV drone, injuring at least four people.
