Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said this in an interview with the Italian TV channel Sky TG24.
"Russia uses 3,200-3,500 guided aerial bombs per month, exclusively against civilians and civilian infrastructure," the Ukrainian leader said.
According to him, the enemy is trying to make Ukrainians afraid, so that “people flee from this or that city, from this or that community, and Russia has the opportunity to occupy these villages and cities.”
"And this is the main goal. Just like Hitler did - carpet bombing. Everything is the same, like one methodology," Zelenskyy added.
- The day before, Zelenskyy commented on Russian dictator Vladimir Putin's proposal to end the war, calling it another ultimatum.
