Russia attacks Ukraine with drones, missiles at night, causing power outages, damaging houses and clinic
On the evening of Sunday, February 11, Russian troops launched a Shahed attack towards the southern regions of Ukraine. The attack lasted until midnight on February 12. Pavlohrad, Dnipropetrovsk region, experienced power outages as a result of the UAV attack, there are problems with heat and water supply

Dnipropetrovsk region
Pavlohrad Mayor Anatoliy Vershyna said that as a result of the attack, most of the city suffered power outages. There is also no heat or water supply.
Later, the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Serhiy Lysak, clarified that there were no casualties. Settlements of the Pavlohrad and Synelnykove districts have no power supply.
In the morning, the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration said that at night, Ukrainian defenders destroyed a missile over Novomoskovsk district of the region, and 6 drones over the Pavlohrad district.
Due to the attack by Russian drones, a fire broke out at a power facility at night, which rescuers extinguished.
As of the morning of February 12, about 29,000 consumers in the Pavlohrad district had no power supply. In Ternivka, 10,000 customers had no water supply. Power engineers have started repairs to restore power to the infrastructure and homes as soon as possible.
Kharkiv region
The head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, reported explosions in Kharkiv and urged Ukrainians to stay in shelters. Later he added that the occupying forces had struck Lyubotyn in the Kharkiv district, likely with S-300 missiles from Belgorod.
On the morning of February 12, Syniehubov clarified that the attack on Lyubotyn took place at 11:32 pm. Private houses, the city clinic, a fitness club and a training and production plant were hit. Fortunately, there were no casualties.
According to the prosecutor's office, two Russian missiles were documented.
After midnight, Russian troops fired at Slobozhanske village, Kharkiv district, with S-300 misisles. There were no casualties.
