Oleh Syniehubov, the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, reported the information.

“The situation in Kupiansk is extremely difficult. Russian troops are continuously attacking the city with FPV drones, shelling every district. The enemy is targeting civilian infrastructure, which cannot be restored at this time. There is no water supply, though electricity is still available,” he said.

Syniehubov emphasized that 54 civilians were evacuated from the Kupiansk area yesterday, but about 1,300 people still remain.

“We urge people to leave, because staying in Kupiansk is a direct threat to life,” the head of the administration stressed.

He added that the harvest is ongoing in the Kharkiv region, particularly as planned in the rear communities.

“But in the Kupiansk, Izium, and Lozova districts, Russia is deliberately shelling agricultural equipment and setting fields on fire. Our farmers are harvesting under truly heroic conditions,” the head of the administration stated.
