Russian troops target Kherson in morning attack: 2 civilians injured

The Ukrainian Prosecutor General's Office reported the information.
"According to the investigation, on September 29, 2023, at about 8:30 a.m., the Russian military once again fired on the city of Kherson. According to preliminary data, two employees of a utility company were seriously injured and hospitalized," the statement said.
It noted that residential buildings, cars and other civilian infrastructure were also damaged.
"Under the procedural guidance of the Kherson District Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation was initiated in criminal proceedings over violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine)," the prosecutors added.
Later, the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, clarified that the 24-year-old man had severe injuries to his limbs. His colleague, 68 years old, was diagnosed with an eye injury and concussion.
