The head of the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration, Vitaliy Kim, reports.
"In the morning, on September 29, at about 4:13 a.m., the city of Mykolaiv was attacked by a missile. An infrastructure facility on the outskirts of the city was hit," the statement reads.
As a result of the Russian attack, dry grass caught fire. Rescuers completely extinguished the fire at 6:45 a.m. As of 7:50 a.m., no casualties were reported.
At the same time, at 3:59 a.m., the Russian troops fired artillery at the village of Kutsurub community. This also caused a dry grass fire in the open area of the residential sector. There were no casualties.

On the night of September 26, Russia launched Shahed drones and missiles at Ukraine. Drones hit the port infrastructure in Odesa region, injuring two people, and an infrastructure facility in Cherkasy region. In addition, the city of Mykolaiv was attacked by a Russian missile.
