Russian troops strike Kherson region 81 times 

This was reported by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration Yaroslav Yanushevych.

Over December 29, the Russian military shelled the Kherson region 81 times. Russian forces  attacked with artillery, MLRS and mortars.

Kherson was hit 27 times: shells hit critical infrastructure facilities, private and apartment buildings, industrial enterprises and a store.

One person was injured as a result of the shelling.

• In the morning of December 29, Russia launched a massive strike on Ukraine with missiles and drones. Ukraine's Ministry of Internal Affairs reported 3 dead and 6 injured Ukrainians as a result of the Russian attack, the State Emergency Service reported damage to 28 objects, 10 of which are critical infrastructure.
• On the night of December 29, Russia attacked Kyiv and the region with kamikaze drones. Air defense managed to shoot down the drones.
• On the night of December 30, Ukrainian soldiers shot down 16 Russian attack drones over Ukraine.
