Russian forces strike at critical infrastructure in Kharkiv region, about 10 explosions recorded
Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleh Synyehubov reported the information on Telegram.
"Attention! Residents of Kharkiv city and the region, the occupiers are striking again! Do not ignore the alarms. Stay in shelters," he wrote.
Synyehubov said that Russian forces struck critical infrastructure. About 10 explosions were recorded.
"There are power outages in some areas. Emergency services are already working at the sites of explosions. Information about the victims and the extent of the damage is being clarified," he added.
- Ukraine’s National Security and Defense Council Secretary Oleksii Danilov suggested that Russian troops might attack in Kharkiv or Zaporizhzhia regions.
