Russian troops have begun to urgently build a new defense line in the Nikolske direction of the temporarily occupied Donetsk region
This was reported by the advisor to the mayor of Mariupol Petro Andriushchenko.
"Enemy aircraft are active on the road from Nikolske to Kinski Rozdory. A significant number of trucks with manpower and their junk are returning to Nikolske part of Mariupol district. They tell the locals about the order to "retreat behind the pyramids" (defense line fortified with concrete anti-tank obstacles - ed.)," Andriushchenko writes.
In addition, Andriushchenko said that the Russians have begun intensive fortifications in the area of forests in Fedorivka and Nikolske districts.
The advisor to the mayor of Mariupol suggested: "It looks like they are urgently building another defense line in the Nikolske direction." This is the Nikolske-Manhush line.
