The head of the Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, shared the information, Suspilne reports.
"I received a message from a community on the left bank that the Russian invaders had killed an eighth-grade student in one of the settlements. It happened on December 20. They did it right in front of the family. The mother was brought to the brink of despair, she was rescued from the noose. It's a terrible situation," said the head of the Regional Military Administration.
According to him, the child "was passing somewhere and seemed to be taking pictures of something." Then Russian soldiers grabbed the boy, brought him home and shot him.
"The school principal has filed a report to the police. We will appeal to the Ombudsman and all the authorities to record this fact," Prokudin added.
