Russian troops attack Odesa region by Kh-31P missiles

During the day and evening of Tuesday, November 21, Russian tactical aviation launched strikes using Kh-31P missiles.
“Russia is sending anti-radar missiles in an attempt to detect and destroy air defense systems," the Defense Forces said in a statement.
In Odesa and the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi district, there were hits to open surfaces, administrative buildings and port infrastructure. No people were injured.
- On the night of November 18, Russian forces attacked the power grid in the Odesa region. However, this will not affect the stability of Ukraine's energy system.
