Russian troops shell Kramatorsk with missiles, injuring one person

"Kramatorsk. Missile attack on the city," Tymoshenko writes.
An employee of the power grid repair team, who was in the epicenter of city shelling during work, was injured.
Kramatorsk Mayor Oleksandr Honcharenko confirmed that.
"Shelling with missiles teams of electricians restoring the lights in homes is not the second world army, it's not even the second army of the other world. It's historical shame and weakness," Honcharenko wrote.
