Russian troops continue to terrorize Kherson after it was liberated by Ukrainian Armed Forces. Every day, the city and villages are bombarded with rocket and barrel artillery.
"On December 23, Russian occupying forces attacked the city using phosphorus ammunition. The use of phosphorus bombs and other projectiles with white phosphorus near and inside populated areas is prohibited by Geneva Convention on the Protection of War Victims," the post says.

On December 23, there were 61 strikes by Russian invaders from artillery and mortars on the territory of Kherson region. As a result, one person died, two others were injured.
