Over the day, 61 artillery and mortar attacks by Russian invaders were recorded in the Kherson region. As a result, one person was killed and two more were wounded

This was reported by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration Yaroslav Yanushevych.
On December 22, Russian forces shelled the Kherson region 61 times.
"The Russian army attacked peaceful settlements of the region with artillery, MLRS, mortars and tanks," the head of the region wrote.
Russian forces fired at residential areas of Kherson 30 times. Also, they hit educational institutions and private and apartment buildings.
One civilian was killed and two more were injured of varying severity.
