Russian troops seek weaknesses of AFU's defense and repeatedly shell Svatove-Kreminna direction
The Russian Federation is preparing a new offensive on Luhansk region, increasing the number of shelling in the Svatove-Kreminna direction and trying to find blind spots in the Ukrainian Armed Forces defense
It was reported by the head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Serhiy Haidai.
"They [Russian troops - ed.] are trying to find weak spots in our defense," Haidai said.
According to him, the situation in the region remains difficult but fully under control.
"Russians shell the Svatove-Kreminna direction more frequently now. We expect all those recently mobilized Russian soldiers to finish their two-month training in February. We estimate that it will take two to three weeks for them to finish their training and several weeks more to transfer them to the Luhansk region," added Haidai.
