Russian invading forces continue to loot settlements from which they are retreating. They also try to damage power lines and other elements of transport and critical infrastructure in Kherson region as much as possible.
"Forcible eviction of local residents from certain settlements in the territories of Kherson region temporarily occupied by Russian occupying forces continues. In Zelenivka village, Russian troops has prohibited residents from moving around the settlement and refurbish system of defensive lines", the message says.
In Tyagynka and Kozatske, Russian occupying forces mined roads and infrastructure elements, there are facts of detonation of civilian population, Ukrainian Armed Forces General Staff says.
