According to the expert, in anticipation of the Ukrainian offensive, Russia will pause and build up its potential again.

"And then think about how to use this potential to deter the offensive actions of the Ukrainian army. There will be a pause, and there will be fewer attacks on the capital of Ukraine, because these attacks are not rational from the point of view of military logic.
