The spokesperson of Ukraine’s Operational Command South Natalia Humeniuk reported this during the media briefing.

"Last week, when we were targeting the field munitions depots deployed by the enemy on the left bank (of Kherson region - ed.), we managed to destroy up to 7 such depots. The enemy really felt shell hunger," said Humeniuk.

She emphasized that now Russia forces' logistics are complicated and slowed down, but are not stopped completely.

"From time to time, they manage to pull up some resources, reserves in terms of ammunition, equipment and personnel, but this does not match the pace of the development of combat events. That is why there are such moments when the enemy really loses the ability to attack and the number of attacks, in particular on our section of the front, decreases to 30 per day due to the lack of shells," summarized Humeniuk, adding that later the enemy pulled up reserves and the number of attacks rose to 90, but the Defense Forces continued to push the invading army back.

  • On the morning of July 24, locals in the temporarily occupied Crimea heard powerful explosions. The head of the occupation authorities of the peninsula, Sergey Aksyonov, said that Ukrainian drones allegedly hit an ammunition depot in the Dzhankoi district.

  • Ukraine's Defense Minister Oleksii Reznikov says Ukraine will continue to attack Russian-occupied Crimea and the Crimean bridge that connects it to the Russian mainland.

  • On July 26, for the first time, SBU Head Vasyl Maliuk officially confirmed that the Security Service of Ukraine was behind the October 22nd bombing of the Crimean bridge.
