Russian positions are located 100 m away from Ukrainian positions near Kreminna
Oleksandr Doroshenko, a National Guard of Ukraine officer, noted that there are ongoing skirmishes with the enemy in the Luhansk direction
He said this on Espreso.
“The occupiers are constructing trenches and dugouts, and the Ukrainian side is adjusting their artillery to prevent them from advancing further. These dynamics are intense, with daily skirmishes occurring since the two opposing positions are situated only 100 meters apart, with some instances of the enemy approaching as close as 50 meters. They are likely not Wagner PMC fighters but mobilized individuals from the so-called DPR-LPR who have not been killed yet,” he stated.

Meanwhile, Yevgeny Prigozhin, the owner of the PMC Wagner, recently announced that his fighters would no longer take Ukrainians prisoner.

The Institute for the Study of War (ISW) reported that the enemy's military leadership intends to capture Bakhmut entirely before the Ukrainian counteroffensive.
