Russian occupiers impose 10-day curfew in Hornostaivka, Kherson region

This was reported on Facebook by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

"For almost 10 days, local residents are forbidden to leave their homes and move around the settlement," the post reads.

Over 10 attacks from multiple rocket launchers, 3 rocket attacks on civilian objects: occupants shelled Zaporizhzhia region. 

"Thus, during the day, the enemy launched 3 missile attacks on civilian objects in Zaporizhzhia region. They also made more than 10 attacks from multiple rocket launchers, " the report says.

Northern and northeastern Ukrainian border in the Chernihiv, Sumy and Kharkiv regions: almost a dozen settlements were subjected to mortar and artillery shelling.

Kupiansk direction: the enemy shelled the areas of 5 settlements in the Kharkiv region and 2 more in the Luhansk region.

Lyman direction: Russian forces fired at Makiivka, Chervonopopivka and Dibrova in Luhansk region, as well as Terny in Donetsk region.

Bakhmut direction of the Donetsk region: the enemy fired from tanks, mortars, cannon and rocket artillery at the areas of Spirne, Berestove, Vesele, Yakovlivka, Soledar, Paraskoviyivka, Bakhmut, Chasiv Yar, as well as other 9 villages  in Donetsk region.

Avdiivka direction of the Donetsk region: Kamianka, Avdiivka, Vodiane, Nevelske, Mariinka and Novomykhailivka in Donetsk region were shelled.

Vuhledar direction of the Donetsk region: Vuhledar, Novoukrainka, Velyka Novosilka and Vremivka in Donetsk region came under occupiers' fire.

Zaporizhzhia direction: the enemy shelled the areas of Malynivka, Chervone, Charivne, Bilohirya, Novodanylivka, Mali Shcherbaky and Stepove in Zaporizhzhia region and Marhanets and Nikopol in Dnipropetrovsk region.

Kherson direction: civilian infrastructure of Chervonohryhorivka in Dnipropetrovsk region and Burhunka, Antonivka and Kherson suffered from the shelling. There are dead and wounded among Ukrainian civilians.

The artillery hit two areas of manpower concentration and the S-300 anti-aircraft missile system of the occupants.

It is noted that the aviation of the Defense Forces of Ukraine during the day launched 3 strikes on the areas of concentration of personnel, weapons and military equipment of the enemy.

"And Ukraine’s missile and artillery specialists hit two areas of manpower concentration and the S-300 anti-aircraft missile system of the occupiers," the report added. 

• The morning report of the General Staff said that during December 23, the occupiers fired at 25 settlements in the Bakhmut direction. In total, Russian invaders launched 3 missile and 10 air strikes, in particular on civilian infrastructure in the Donetsk region.
• On Saturday, December 24, Russian invaders struck the centre of Kherson, killing at least eight people and wounding 58 others.
