The Mayor of Rivne, Oleksandr Tretyak, announced this.
At 4:18 p.m., it became known that an enemy missile hit a critical infrastructure facility in Rivne. As a result of the strike, some parts of the city were left without electricity.
Earlier, at 2:56 p.m., the work of air defense systems was recorded in the city.
- Explosions also rocked Kyiv on Tuesday, November 15, three residential buildings were damaged as the result of the attack.
- On Tuesday, November 15, in the Sumy region, Ukrainian air defense shot down a missile launched by the Russian occupiers, and the lights went out in part of Zhytomyr as a result of another attack.
