Russian night attack: Ukrainian air defense destroys 74 out of 75 drones

"According to updated information, the Air Defense destroyed 74 Shahed-131/136 attack UAVs. That is, plus three to the asset!" the Ukrainian military wrote.
First, the Ukrainian Air Force Commander, Lieutenant General Mykola Oleshchuk and the Air Force reported 71 destroyed UAVs.
"Last night, on November 25, 2023, Russia launched a record number of attack UAVs at Ukraine! The main direction of the attack is Kyiv!" the statement reads.
Air defense was operating in at least six regions of Ukraine: Kyiv, Sumy, Dnipro, Zaporizhzhia, Mykolaiv, and Kirovohrad regions.
As a result of an air battle last night, the Air Force destroyed 71 Shahed-131/136 attack UAVs.
An Kh-59 guided missile was also destroyed in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
According to the Southern Defense Forces, Ukrainian air defense destroyed two drones in the Kirovohrad region and one in the Mykolaiv region.
The head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Serhiy Lysak, said that Air Defense Forces destroyed 5 UAVs in the region, while the Sumy Regional Military Administration reported 7 drones downed.
Instead, Lieutenant General Serhiy Nayev reported that air defense eliminated 55 drones in northern Ukraine: four 'kamikaze' drones in the Chernihiv direction and 17 UAVs in the Kyiv direction.
