Russian invaders mine infrastructure and destroy documents in occupied Kadiivka and Svatove 

This was reported by The Ukrainian governor of the Luhansk region, Serhii Gaidai.

The occupiers have started mining the objects of the city infrastructure and the territory of Svatovo, they are taking away medical equipment, and they are calling on the civilians to leave the town.

"Probably, realizing that the landscape of the area is inconvenient for long-term defense, the Russians decided to remove the main medical and social facilities from Svatovo - first of all, equipment. The occupying authorities in the town work in a degraded mode. They offer to evacuate on their own. The main infrastructural facilities have already been mined "objects, buildings and territories", - writes Gaidai.
