Russian forces fire two aircraft missiles at Avdiivka

On the morning of March 25, the Russian military fired two missiles at Avdiivka, Donetsk region. One hit the industrial zone, the other hit the central part of the city, where there are multi-storey buildings

This was reported by Vitaliy Barabash, head of the Avdiivka military administration, during a telethon.

"The situation is very tense, everything is happening very actively – both in the city and at the positions around the city. The night was more or less calm, but the morning started with an air strike. Two missiles flew into the city: one hit the industrial zone, the other hit the central part, where the high-rise buildings are located. Thank God, we have neither wounded, nor killed during this day," said Barabash.

According to the official, the enemy is conducting assault operations to the north of the city, but the Ukrainian Armed Forces are holding the line and remain at their positions.

It is reported that the city is still under enemy fire, the occupying Russian forces are hitting the Avdiivka Coke and Chemical Plant and the central part of the city with Grad rockets and cannon artillery. In addition, Barabash noted that the Russian troops were setting up fake positions in the Avdiivka sector of the frontline.
