Russian forces attack Sumy region, killing civilians, including child

This was reported by the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office.
“According to the investigation, on November 28, 2023, at about 12:30 p.m., the Russian Armed Forces, according to preliminary information, fired on the civilian infrastructure of Seredyna-Buda, Sumy region. At least 5 private houses were destroyed as a result of the attack,” the statement says.
Two women and a child were killed.
"The bodies of two dead women and two wounded men were pulled from the rubble. Also, a man and his 7-year-old stepdaughter were injured in their car. The girl later died in the hospital," the message says.
Proceedings were opened for violation of the laws and customs of war.
- On November 6, the Russian army shelled the town of Seredyna-Buda in the Sumy region with artillery, killing a 63-year-old woman from shrapnel wounds.
