Russian forces attack Kupyansk, Kharkiv region, twice, injuring locals
On the afternoon of October 2, the Russian army attacked Kupyansk, Kharkiv region, injuring at least two civilians
Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office press service reported.
A man and a woman were injured as a result of the attack. An investigation was opened into the violation of the laws and customs of war.
Earlier Oleh Syniehubov, the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, said that the Russian troops hit the town with a guided aerial bomb.
"At least 7 residential buildings were damaged, civilian cars were destroyed... The State Emergency Service units are eliminating the consequences of the hits," the official wrote.
Later, he shared another post in which he reported a second attack on Kupyansk and a woman who was injured.
"The invading Russian forces struck again in Kupyansk. Apartment buildings were damaged. According to preliminary information, a civilian woman was injured and hospitalized in a medical facility," he said.

Last week in Kupyansk, Kharkiv region, a team of power engineers came under Russian rocket fire.
