Russian drone strike hits Ukraine’s Samar, damaging school and residential buildings

“The city is under massive attack. We are controlling the situation. Do not post photos or videos of the aftermath on social media,” he wrote at 11:29 a.m.
The head of the regional military administration (RMA), Serhiy Lysak, stated that the Russian army attacked the city of Samar with drones, resulting in damage to infrastructure. Details are being clarified.
Later, Lysak reported that the strikes damaged a school and several apartment buildings — windows were shattered. The exact number is being assessed by specialists.

“Everyone is working at the site. Representatives of the local government, emergency services, police, and utility workers are present. Charity workers are also helping residents by providing construction materials to temporarily seal broken areas,” reported the RMA head.
