At 2:11 p.m., it was reported that a 46-year-old man wounded during the missile attack on Samara died in the hospital. He became the fifth victim of today’s attack. The number of injured has now risen to 23, four of whom were in serious condition.
As of 1:07p.m., the death toll in the city of Samar has risen to four. 17 people were injured. Most of the wounded were hospitalized. Two men and a woman are in serious condition, the rest are in moderate condition," said the head of the regional military administration Serhiy Lysak.

At 12:16 p.m, the regional military administration reported that there were dead and wounded in the city of Samar due to a missile attack. As of 12:27 p.m., 3 people were reported dead and 14 wounded in the attack. A fire broke out in the city.
