Russian Defense Ministry accuses Ukrainian Armed Forces of drone attack on Moscow
Moscow authorities complain that a UAV attacked the Russian capital on the night of July 27-28. And the Russian Defense Ministry blames Ukraine for it
This was stated by the Russian Ministry of Defense.
"This morning, an attempt by the Kyiv regime to carry out a terrorist attack with an unmanned aerial vehicle against facilities in the Moscow region was prevented," the statement said.
They claim that the UAV was allegedly destroyed by air defense systems, and that there were no casualties or damage.
Earlier, the Russian state propaganda outlet RIA-Novosti quoted Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin: "At night, an attack was attempted by an enemy drone, which was shot down by the Defense Ministry."

On the night of July 24, explosions occurred in different parts of Moscow. A building next to the Russian Defense Ministry and a business center were damaged, while the authorities blame Ukraine for the drone attack.
