Russian Defense Ministry accuses Ukraine of drone attack on Kaluga region

The press service of the Russian Ministry of Defense reported the information.

"Last night, an attempt by the Kyiv regime to carry out a terrorist attack with unmanned aerial vehicles was prevented over the territory of the Kaluga region," the statement said. 

The Russian Defense Ministry said that 6 Ukrainian drones were shot down by air defense systems. There are no reports of injured or damage as a result of the alleged attack.   

• On the night of Sunday, July 30, explosions allegedly occurred in Moscow city and in the Moscow region. Russian authorities said that the country was attacked by drones, which were reportedly shot down by air defense.

• On August 2, Russia claimed that its ship in the Black Sea was attacked by an unmanned boat. Russian authorities blame Ukraine.
