Russian army's "maneuvers" in Kherson region are "according to plan", Russia's Defense Ministry says
Speaking about the troops' movement from the right bank of the Dnipro River to the left one, Russia's Ministry of Defense said that the "maneuver" is being carried out "according to plan"

Russian Defense Ministry spokesman Igor Konashenkov said this on November 10.
“The maneuver of the Russian group of troops to the prepared positions on the left bank of the Dnipro River is being carried out in strict accordance with the approved plan,” he said.
Russians do not focus on Kherson, although the city is completely located on the right bank of the Dnipro River. Instead, Konashenkov talks about the “Mykolaiv-Kryvyi Rih direction.”
