Russian army's "maneuvers" in Kherson region are "according to plan", Russia's Defense Ministry says

Russian Defense Ministry spokesman Igor Konashenkov said this on November 10.

“The maneuver of the Russian group of troops to the prepared positions on the left bank of the Dnipro River is being carried out in strict accordance with the approved plan,” he said.

Russians do not focus on Kherson, although the city is completely located on the right bank of the Dnipro River. Instead, Konashenkov talks about the “Mykolaiv-Kryvyi Rih direction.”

• On November 9, Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu announced that Russian troops were withdrawing to the left bank of the Dnipro River in the Kherson region.

• Ukraine's Ministry of Defense stated that it is premature to talk about the withdrawal of Russian troops.
