Russian army attacks village in Sumy region, killing child
On October 10, Russians attacked the village of Uhroidy, Sumy region. A 13-year-old child was injured and died in an ambulance
This was reported by Sumy Regional Military Administration, citing a comment by Iryna Yukhta, secretary of the Krasnopillia village council.
"There was an attack, the school building was damaged, windows were shattered and the roof was damaged. A 13-year-old child was wounded as a result of the shelling, she was taken to a medical facility in Sumy by ambulance," she said.
Later Sumy Regional Military Administration informed that the girl died on the way to the hospital.
"A girl born in 2009 was injured. Unfortunately, the girl could not be saved. She died in an ambulance," Yukhta wrote.
Russia also attacked other settlements in the Krasnopillia community, but there were no casualties or damage.

On the morning of Sunday, October 8, the Russian military launched an Iskander cruise missile at Kostyantynivka, Donetsk region. As a result of the attack, 4 people were injured, including a child.
