The head of the Kostyantynivka Town Military Administration, Oleksiy Roslov, shared the information, Suspilne reports.
He noted that the attack on the town took place at 06:25 am. Russian troops fired an Iskander cruise missile and hit residential buildings.

According to the head of Kostyantynivka Town Military Administration, a 9-year-old child is among the injured. In addition, according to the prosecutor's office, the child's 44-year-old mother was also injured in the attack. A 64-year-old woman and her 41-year-old son were also injured.
The injured were diagnosed with bruises, shrapnel injuries and concussions. The attack occurred while they were inside their own private residences, in close proximity to the impact site of a Russian missile.
Paramedics on the spot provided first aid and took them to the hospital.
In addition, as a result of the Russian attack, 10 multi-storey residential buildings, 19 private households, a car, a boiler house, a gas pipeline and a power line were damaged in the city.
