War with Russia won't end even if Ukraine's 1991 borders are restored - 103rd Brigade
Mykola Saveliev, fighter with the 103rd Territorial Defense Brigade, believes that only a change of Russian government, Russia's demilitarization, and Ukraine's full arming can end the war
He expressed this opinion on Espreso TV.
"People in Ukraine make one big mistake, because they believe that even if we push Russia back to the 1991 borders, the war will end. No, this will not end the war, because they will not tolerate the slap in the face they have been given. This is a barbarian country. And they will continue to shell from abroad, send sabotage groups here," said the soldier with the 103rd Brigade.
According to him, Russia will continue to make some political moves that will split Ukraine.
"For me, the end of the war means the complete replacement of those who are currently ruling in Russia, no matter how, from physical elimination to a rebellion in Russia. The second is a certain demilitarisation of the Russian Federation. The third is the complete closure of the borders, not only through the moat and crocodiles we have sent there, but through the actual arming of Ukraine with such equipment so that they understand that the second time around, try some other countries, and you have already broken your teeth on us," Mykola Saveliev stressed.
