Up to 15% ready to collaborate: Russia's push to attack Ukrainian Military Recruitment Centers
The former deputy head of the SBU in 2014-2015, retired Major General of the SBU Viktor Yahun, shared his opinion on who the Russians are targeting by sending provocative messages to Ukrainians calling for the burning of Military Recruitment Centers
He shared this during an interview on Espreso TV.
When asked about the target audience for Russia's provocative SMS messages reading, "Burn the military recruitment centers, save your life and your loved ones, don't be expendable material for the U.S. and Zelenskyy," Viktor Yahun responded, "This is aimed at a kindergarten teacher from Rivne, who wrote a comment after a blast. It's for such monsters—I can't think of another word. Yes, she was found and apologized, but there were many such comments. Where do they come from? Who is this teacher raising? What will become of those children?"

He emphasized that a scientifically derived figure shows that 10-15% of the Ukrainian population is ready for collaboration.
"But collaboration can be different. When someone just wants to profit off society without realizing it, that's something else. And together, these figures add up to enormous numbers," the retired major general of Ukraine's Security Service added.
