Ukrainian journalist Andriy Topchiy killed at front

It is noted that the deceased soldier was 38 years old. Andriy Topchiy was a journalist, a serviceman of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and a combat medic of an infantry battalion.

Andriy Topchiy published in-depth interviews with historians who warned about this in the Fakty newspaper. Andriy, who was crystal honest and had a keen sense of justice, experienced all the political strife tearing Ukraine apart as a personal tragedy. And after the Russian invasion of the country in 2014, he went to defend it with arms in his hands,” the statement reads.

The funeral of the defender will be held in Kyiv on April 27 at 14:00 at the Forest Cemetery on the Alley of Heroes.
