Ukraine targets Russian military arsenal in Bryansk region, media report ATACMS use

According to sources in the Defense Forces, this is the first time Ukraine has used ATACMS to strike a facility in the city of Karachev in the Bryansk region. CNN also reported on the deployment of these missiles.
Earlier the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported an attack on the Russian military arsenal in the Bryansk region.
As of 02:30, 12 secondary explosions and detonations were recorded in the target area.
"The destruction of ammunition depots for the Russian army to stop Russia's armed aggression against Ukraine will continue," the statement says.
Earlier, Andriy Kovalenko, head of the Center for Countering Disinformation at the National Security and Defense Council, and the Crimean Wind reported the information.
"In the Bryansk region, there was a strike on the 67th arsenal of Russia's Main Missile and Artillery Directorate (GRAU). It housed artillery munitions, including those from North Korea, guided bombs, anti-aircraft missiles, and MLRS ammunition," Kovalenko stated.
According to Crimean Wind, drones attacked this military arsenal on October 9.
The Russian Ministry of Defense reported that on the morning of the attack, Russian air defenses shot down 12 unmanned aerial vehicles over the Bryansk region and one over the Belgorod region.
Earlier, the Russian Ministry of Defense claimed that their air defenses had allegedly intercepted and destroyed 11 drones over the Rostov region and one over the Belgorod region.
The governor of the Bryansk region, Alexander Bogomaz, mentioned the activity of Russian air defenses in the area. Meanwhile, local Bryansk public channels reported "very loud" explosions, saying: "It’s very loud! Details are being clarified!”
